Day 1 Proceed to Kumarakom / overnightght stay
When you arrive at Kochi airport/ railway station you will be received by our representative and we will proceed to Kumarakom and check in to the resort. Relax in the resort on Day and visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Let your eyes enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side on staying in the resort in Kumarakom – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut palms. Overnight stay at resort .
Day 2 Proceed to Alleppey/ overnight stay
After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed on a drive to Alleppey and check in to the houseboat. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditional Kerala Houseboat after lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury vessel , let your eyes enjoy the scenes in a Kerala country side – skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes and swaying coconut palms. All meals will be served on board. Overnight stay at houseboat.
Departure from Cochin
Morning, after the breakfast checkout from the resort and proceed to Cochin for sightseeing. Explore Fort Kochi Places to visit in Kochi include Fort Cochin still keeping alive its ancient Jewish traditions, the Santa Cruz basilica, Mattancherry Palace, St: Francis Church and much more. The Jews Street and Chinese fishing nets are a must see. We also recommend visiting Kasi arts café and savouring the shakes available there. We will pick you for your trip back home by afternoon, feeling contended about a wonderful holiday you spent at God’s Own Country like so many of our guests till now..
